What is CTI Global?

CTI can offer a multinational travel management solution, one that provides the following:

  • Single contract with multiple in-country TMCs

CTI, as lead agent, will be the Global Contract Manager for the Global Travel Account for your company.  CTI will manage all aspects of the contract and account from the UK, ensuring that there is one point of contact for you.

  • Global SLA underpinning local, country-specific SLAs if require

We will mutually agree on a Global Service Level Agreement that underpins any further, country-specific levels of services offered or required.  This ensures that the minimum level requirement is met across your Global Travel Alliance whilst any enhancements at local level are also incorporated into the travel management programme.

  • Multiple best-in-marketplace local GDSs, online booking tools and process

There is no such thing as one solution fits all, especially when it comes to multinational travel programmes.  There are a number of Global Distribution Systems and each one has a strong market offering in one geographical market or another.  Likewise, there is not one online booking tool that will provide 100% efficiency across the Globe.  For this reason we allow our partners to adopt the most appropriate for their country or region of operation.

  • Global payment solutions

CTI will help manage the best payment solution for your company, one that saves both time and money.  For example, helping to eliminate merchant fees paid for credit card, etc.

  • Single global data warehousing

CTI will provide data on a monthly basis from all the countries involved in the Global Travel Alliance we create for your company.

  • Global Account Manager, supported by Regional and Local Account Managers

The Global Account Manager for the Global Travel Alliance will be based right here in the UK and be supported by Regions Account Managers in the key areas for your company.  These Regional Account Managers will equally be supported by Local Account Managers.

  • Comprehensive access to local fares/rates, normally unavailable outside of local market

Your company will benefit from the access that the Global Travel Alliance will provide to local fares, rates, knowledge, expertise and contact.  Each of your company’s locations will be serviced by a TMC in their country, eliminating issues with language, culture and currency.
