An exciting opportunity has arisen for the appointment of an Account Manager managing existing clients.

Position: Full Time hours/Permanent
Location: Flexible

OVERALL PURPOSE

Build strong client relationships at all levels. To be the conduit between the client and the rest of CTI. To assist the client in achieving their goals in regard to their business travel program. To retain and grow the clients volume and profitability with CTI. Ultimately, to align with and deliver CTI’s vision, mission and values.

AREAS OF ACTIVITY

  • Deliver MI reporting to clients, bespoke reporting, face to face reviews with clear analysis and recommendations on travel policy and behaviour
  • Monitoring travel patterns, cost savings, on line adoption rates, invoicing
  • Regular face to face consultation with contract manager
  • Undertaking and/or organising client training
  • Making suitable travel recommendations to clients
  • Regular reviews and updates on SLA
  • Engage suppliers for programme enhancements.
  • Continuous enhancement of service through creation and management of PIP for clients and ensuring all stakeholders are involved
  • Liaise with Travel Partners servicing the account
  • Create and maintain relationships at all levels in both CTI and client’s business

  • Presenting at board level and having the gravitas to engage at all levels across any business
  • Maximum retention of clients

PERSON SPECIFICATION

  • Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
  • To work as part of a wider team
  • Computer literate with good MS office skills
  • Confident communicator (written and verbal)
  • Ability to build strong working relationships
  • Excellent customer service orientation
  • High energy and enthusiasm, results oriented and able to deliver to deadlines
  • Take responsibility for own self-development, demonstrate a willingness to learn and a genuine interest in developing a business travel career
  • Demonstrate behaviours, which align with and support CTI’s vision and values
  • Work in a manner, which is safe and risk free, thus protecting self and colleagues
