Loyalty programme changes to BlueBiz

There have been some important changes to the BlueBiz programme which have came into effect this week.

The partnership between AIR FRANCE, KLM and Alitalia has changed and as a result of this, Alitalia will no longer be a partner in the BlueBiz programme as of 31 December 2016.
This means that you will no longer be able to earn Blue Credits on Alitalia tickets issued after this date.

AIR FRANCE and KLM will be introducing a new, fully combined fare structure based on offering a choice between Light, Standard and Flex fares, each with its own unique set of services and conditions included in the fare. Moreover, you will earn Blue Credits on each of these fare types and you are free to decide if you want to include luggage or have the possibility to change your flight or cancel it altogether. You will continue earning Blue Credits on these flights and will still have the possibility to use your Blue Credits to pay for extra luggage.

Companies that are affiliated with BlueBiz also benefit from AIR FRANCE and KLM’s Corporate Recognition programme. Among many other services, Corporate Recognition offers priority to travellers of these companies. The programme also offers booking support services like: free name changes, the ‘always on board’ service – even when a flight is fully booked. These services are now available in more booking classes.
