Matt has worked in Sales & Account Management for 20 years including some market leading companies.
Matthew’s dual-aspect role will see him growing the client management side of the business, to ensure clients are receiving the benefits of CTI’s new offerings and are taking advantage of its partnership model to maximum benefit.
On the sales side, He is responsible for growing the business, by finding more like-minded businesses that will appreciate the value CTI offers, alongside its partnership ethos. Matthew has a wealth of previous experience working for a number of large travel companies where he grew new business by securing profitable high-value accounts.
Katie Billington, Client Partnership Manager
Katie joined CTI just over a year ago from Etihad Airways. Katie has a varied background in the travel industry bringing plenty of knowledge from different roles.
Since joining CTI Katie has overseen some of our major clients and is always striving for greater customer satisfaction.

Mark Elliss, Client Partnership Manager
Mark has recently joined CTI as a Client Partnership Manager but has worked in the world of travel for over 25 years including some of the largest Travel Management Companies and major airlines.
If there’s something he doesn’t know about travel, its not worth knowing.
Nigel Bond, Client Partnership Manager
Nigel joined the company over 10 years ago as an account manager, he is currently responsible for some of CTI’s top accounts.

Nigel has been with the company for nearly 10 years, he is responsible for key client relationships predominantly in the Yorkshire region.
Juliet Yardley, Client Support Manager
Juliet has worked in travel for 20 years and joined CTI in 2011. Juliet has gained her travel knowledge and experience through a variety of travel industry roles including cabin crew, ground handling, operations, administration and customer services.
Now working together within the CTI Client Partnership team, Juliet manages a portfolio of clients from the Manchester hub with expert knowledge in Corporate Airline Loyalty programmes.
