Melanie Quinn, Commercial Director
Melanie joined CTI in January 2016 as Director of Client Partnerships, since then she has been developing CTI’s customer service across all areas of the business, and will now be responsible for sales, client management and marketing, working alongside CTI’s CEO, Clive Wratten.
She joined from Etihad Airways where she was sales manager for the North for almost five years, and was responsible for substantially increasing revenues from the region.
Matthew Adderley, Head of Sales & Account Management
Matt has worked in Sales & Account Management for 20 years including some market leading companies.
Matthew’s dual-aspect role will see him growing the client management side of the business, to ensure clients are receiving the benefits of CTI’s new offerings and are taking advantage of its partnership model to maximum benefit.
On the sales side, He is responsible for growing the business, by finding more like-minded businesses that will appreciate the value CTI offers, alongside its partnership ethos. Matthew has a wealth of previous experience working for a number of large travel companies where he grew new business by securing profitable high-value accounts.
James Draper, Sales Partnership Manager
James has a BA (Hons) in International Business earned at both Manchester and Hong Kong universities, after which he began his career in Business Travel holding a number of roles in both Sales and Account / Client Relationship Management.
James joins CTI having spent the past six years working for two of the top three global TMCs, specialising in the professional services and retail sectors, adding to his previous experience within corporate and leisure accommodation and global Airport Lounge Pass programmes within the banking sector.
Bethany Palmer, Sales Partnership Manager
Bethany has a BA (Hons) in Business obtained at The University of Hull, after which studying a Graduate Diploma in Law at The University of Law in York. She then went on to complete The Legal Practice Course at The University of Law in Leeds.
Bethany started her career in travel working as a Sales Manager for a leading global travel company focussing on a wide range of industries throughout Yorkshire and London. Bethany joins CTI as a Sales Partnership Manager specialising in Law and Professional services, combining both her industry and legal experience.
Adam Tauber, Sales Partnership Manager
Adam has participated in the highly respected Goldman Sachs 10,000 Business Programme operated by The Manchester Metropolitan University as well as gaining a wealth of experience within the travel industry working for a number of large corporate’s over the last 15 years.
Adam is passionate about travel and has built up a great reputation over the years delivering positive outcomes for customers. Enthusiasm , trustworthiness and honesty has helped Adam in winning new business. Away from work Adam gets the run around from his 3 nieces. He is quite the lover of football too, huge Manchester United supporter and also plays football for a local team.
Charles Frinault, Sales Executive
Charles recently obtained a 1st class BA (Hons) in Marketing Management from Manchester Metropolitan University Business School, and incorporated study in France majoring in International Business from the University of Clermont Auvergne. Following voluntary work in Africa, Charles joined CTI in January 2018.
Charles focuses on our “Business Travel in a Box” concept which is dedicated to providing straightforward, economical monthly travel schemes to help SMEs across the country.
Roisin Corbett, Bid Writer
Roisin has a BA (Hons) in Classical Studies and English, and an MA (Hons) in Classics and Ancient History, both obtained from Newcastle University.
Although new to the world of Business Travel, Roisin brings with her a fresh and innovative outlook, along with exemplary research, written and editorial skills, honed over four years of research intensive degree study.
Roisin joins CTI as a Bid Writer, utilising her excellent communication skills to support the wider sales team through the production of high quality written material.
