Event Management

CTI’s expertise in Event Management services range from AV production and planning, to logistics and budget control, whilst working in close partnership with our clients.

Planning is critical and our Audio Visual Event Management capabilities include site surveys, floor and CAD plans allowing clients to experience the look, feel and layout of your event in the early stages.  All events and services are run under a full project managed framework.

Experienced in Stage Event Management, we technically provide full AV support production and stage management.  We also support speaker-coaching ensuring that scripts are written to provide the results that you are looking for accompanied with autocue facilitation.  We follow the project plan to execution and ensure that your vision becomes reality.

Event & Venue Requests through CTI Sherpa

CTI Sherpa includes a service that allows you to place an Event or Venue Finding request through to our Meetings and Events team, and once the event or meeting is organised CTI Sherpa will provide a diary view of all key decision points prior to the actual event.  It will also remind you of these through e-mail alerts, helping you to keep control of your event and never miss a milestone.
